It is the mission of Dayne Davis, Inc.
Property Managers to provide the utmost service for the management of real
property, residential and commercial. This service shall be to obtain the
greatest possible return on the owners real estate investment assets.
It is our intent to be knowledgeable of
the current local rental market. To be available to counsel real estate
owners concerning their investments. To provide for the public clean, safe
and structurally sound rental properties for housing and business.
Our mission shall be accomplished by only
accepting properties for management that are clean, safe and structurally
sound. When owners have properties that do not meet this standard, we
shall be available to counsel them on the upgrading of their assets.
The return on the owners investment shall
be accomplished by establishing a property rent that is competitive in the
current rental market.
The key to success of the owners
investment is the collection of the rents, the accounting and reporting
of that activity and the maintaining of the owners asset through regular
and necessary maintenance.
